Copture AB is fully authorized to perform commercial missions in airborne data collection according to Transport Agency and EASA's regulations. We operate in the Specific category, with two approved PDRA authorization:

Our operational conditions:

• PDRA-G01 - a general authorization for surveys, measurements and mapping over land in sparsely populated areas.

• PDRA-G03 - authorization to operate in environments where flights over people may occur, such as urban and industrial areas.

Both permits give us the right to fly out of sight (BVLOS) in defined scenarios - significantly increasing efficiency and reach in larger missions.

This is how we ensure full compliance:

• All our pilots are registered, certified, tested and has a valid A1/A3 or A2 drone cards.

• We are conducting a SORA-light risk assessment before each mission.

• All flights is logged, documented and follows reporting requirements under EU aviation regulations.

• We have applicable liability insurance under EU Regulation 2019/947.

• We respect all aviation zones and obtains approvals where required.
